Rewilding Retreat

Rewilding Retreat

Many of us have lost touch with our inner compass. Perhaps feeling lost, unclear, uncertain of where we are going or who we are. Nature is the constant. Rewilding is our process of immersing in nature to connect more deeply with our inner selves. Everything we need resides within us. With guided focus on through wonderful practices in the incredible Temagami landscape, it can all be found. We are so glad you are here.

In a supportive, women-identifying group we will be able to set aside our everyday stresses and welcome the nurturing power of Nature. This is a safe space where having fun, showing up as your authentic self, and being curious are encouraged. This is an opportunity to reset and deeply restore on an emotional, physical, spiritual and mental level. In the heart of Temagami among the trees, lakes, and wildlife together we will rewild the soul, rewire the mind and relax and revive the body.

Suse Silva will be our wellness guide throughout the weekend leading morning meditations with journaling prompts, stand-up-paddle-board yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork sessions. She is a Toronto based movement & meditation teacher with over 8 years of teaching experience. She is a mental health advocate with a passion for well being and earth-based spirituality. She actively practices and studies many holistic modalities while staying updated on the latest research being done within the industry. She has a great capacity to hold nurturing spaces that inspire people to be themselves, explore, heal, grow and have fun!

After arriving in Temagami, take in your surroundings and step onto your chartered float plane that will take you and 5 other participants to a spectacular location on Lake Obabika. After a beautiful scenic flight, you will taxi quietly towards the island shore, where you will be welcomed by your guide and teacher, Suse Silva.

Your weekend menu of delicious and health forward dishes will be thoughtfully prepared and served by Chef Sam, from The Outfitter Bar & Restaurant, complete with wine pairings. All dietary restrictions and allergies will be accommodated.

You have full autonomy to opt in or opt out of any of the activities that are offered. We honour you and where you are at. If rest is best or if you want to explore on your own, we are in full support of that. Choose your own adventure!

This retreat is limited to 6 participants. A personal pack list will be provided leading up to the retreat. A trip itinerary will be sent to those requesting more information.
